Verity: Who are we and what do we do?

Knowing is half the battle, right? But how does that fit into our ever-growing, continuously developing world of business? How are we, as business owners, expected to keep up with everything happening around us all while we are trying to run our businesses and earn a living?

Knowing what is going on in the market around your business is integral to its survival. Knowing what your clients want, what your suppliers can deliver, what your staff need,, and knowing what your competitors are doing, are but some of the many things that a business owner needs to keep an eye on.

For most of the above, a simple conversation can provide you with the information that you are looking for… Your suppliers, staff and clients will be able to give you a good idea as to what their wants and needs are.

Where we often meet a challenge is in finding out what our competitors are doing. Here you will often run into an information block that is difficult to overcome unless you have a reliable network of competitors who are willing to share information. Additionally, factoring in the economy and how its performance affects your business ecosystem, you can have quite a difficult time trying to forecast and plan ahead.

But the complexity doesn’t stop there. By adding your financial requirements – your financial expectations of the business – and those of your bankers, suddenly something as simple as selling a product or service can become quite a big, costly and time-consuming headache; one that often ends with you spending more time on peripheral issues rather than focusing on the core of your business.

This is where Verity comes in…

Verity was, and is, being developed as a tool for business owners everywhere to remove some of the uncertainties in running a business.

We do this by

  • Making more information available and accessible
  • By providing insight into your business finances
  • Creating forecasts on what your business can potentially achieve (depending on how the economy performs and how well you are able to achieve your budgetary goals)
  • Providing you with information about your competitors by showing you an average snapshot of how the best, and worst, performers in your industry are doing

All of this is provided through a simple to use online platform.

Verity provides financial analytics and insight into your business and what is going on around you, helping you to achieve your business (and financial) goals.

By taking the work out of keeping on track with where your business fits in the world of business, Verity helps you win half the battle and gives you time to focus on the second half of the battle… running your business.
